1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VCARD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VCARD provides digital business card creation, team management, QR code generation, Apple Wallet / Google Wallet export, and related services for organisations and individuals.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use VCARD for any illegal purpose, to spam, to distribute false information, or to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
6. Intellectual Property
VCARD and its original content, features, and design are owned by VCARD and are protected by international copyright and trademark law. You retain ownership of content you create.
7. Limitation of Liability
VCARD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service beyond the amount you have paid for paid plans.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
